When reporting a problem
These four make a problem findable, and a report without them usually needs a second email:
- Which device you are on — iPhone, Android, or a computer.
- The app version, and the version of iOS or Android.
- What you did just before it went wrong — the place, the month and the years help.
- A screenshot, if you can.
